I am always excited to hear that someone I know is expecting because babies are absolute miracles! But, finding out that my best friend will be joining me on the road of mothering is an absolute thrill. I've had a hard time keeping this secret.... surprisingly, I managed to do it somehow.
Julie has always been the first one to volunteer to help a new mom whether it be by delivering a hot meal, babysitting for a few hours or holding a fussy baby through a church service. She has been married the longest out of all of my friends and so her time is 'overdue'. She has celebrated a LOT of new moms and babies and now it is her turn to be celebrated. I'm already looking forward to her baby shower, helping her with her registry and meeting that sweet baby in June! These next eight months are going to be so exciting!
